Dilly Deli
A restaurant in Taman Connaught, Cheras: the live site in English and 中文 with reservations, a walk-in queue and WhatsApp, plus an online shop and an operator console, built and not yet switched on.

Web design in Kuala Lumpur from CodaMinds means the person who builds your website, system or app sits down with you: at your shop, clinic or office, or a café nearby, anywhere across the Klang Valley. You brief them face to face, review the drafts together on your own phone, and keep messaging the same person after launch.
Steven Lim started the studio in Kuala Lumpur in 2021 and has built apps and websites since 2016. There is no account manager between you and the work: the person you meet is the person who designs, builds and looks after it, in English, 中文 or Bahasa Melayu. We meet clients in person across the Klang Valley, and work with businesses in the rest of Malaysia, Singapore and further abroad over WhatsApp and a shared draft link, in exactly the same way.
We come to you. Steven travels across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley to meet clients, including Petaling Jaya, Subang, Shah Alam, Cheras, Puchong and Mont Kiara. The best place is usually where the work happens: the counter of your restaurant, the front desk of your clinic, the office where your team handles bookings. When that is not practical, a café nearby works just as well. Message us on WhatsApp with your area and a time that suits you.
Most of a project runs on WhatsApp and a draft link, wherever the client is. Meeting in person changes three moments, and they are the ones where details get lost.
A brief over coffee covers in one sitting what takes a long thread of messages to pin down. You show the old site on your phone and say what annoys you about it. You show the menu, the price list or the treatment sheet you actually use. We ask the questions that come up as you talk: who answers WhatsApp now, which branch gets the most enquiries, which language your customers write in. You leave with nothing to fill in. We send the written scope and the fixed quote afterwards, in your language.
A draft link works well on its own. Sometimes it helps to go through it side by side, on your phone, with your partner or your front-desk staff in the room. Someone books a table or a treatment as a customer would, someone else reads the 中文 page, and we note each change as it is said. Nothing gets lost in a screenshot with an arrow on it.
For a booking system, a queue, an online shop or a console, seeing the place is worth more than any description. Where the walk-in queue forms on a busy night. Who takes the phone at the counter. How the paper order slip reaches the kitchen. How a patient is checked in at the front desk. We build the system around what we saw, so it fits the way your team already works rather than asking them to change it.
People in Kuala Lumpur search for a web design agency, a software house or an app developer as if they were three different firms. For a small business it is often one project with three parts, and here one team builds all of them.
Pages customers read before they get in touch, in English, 中文 or Bahasa Melayu, fast on a phone and readable by search engines, with WhatsApp a tap away. See website design and development.
The software behind your working day: bookings, queues, an online shop, a console for orders, stock, customers and reports, payments and refunds. See custom systems.
An app for customers who come back often, sign in or pay inside it, with the back end and the store listings handled. See mobile app development.
These products started here and serve customers in Malaysia. Dilly Deli is a short drive from the centre of Kuala Lumpur.

A restaurant in Taman Connaught, Cheras: the live site in English and 中文 with reservations, a walk-in queue and WhatsApp, plus an online shop and an operator console, built and not yet switched on.

Our own platform for restaurants in Malaysia: table bookings with confirmations and reminders, a walk-in queue on the phone, Google reviews from a table QR, a digital stamp card and a venue dashboard with staff roles.

A hair-transplant knowledge page for a clinic, in 中文 and English, where a reader with questions lands on the consultant's WhatsApp.

A rent-a-local-friend app that started in Malaysia and now runs in Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand too: app, web app and website, with bookings, chat, payments and host payouts, run by us every day.
Most of our work never needs a meeting. A business in Penang, Johor Bahru or Singapore gets the same thing a client in Mont Kiara does: a brief on a call or by voice note, a written scope and a fixed quote, a draft link to open on their phone, and the same person on WhatsApp after launch. Meeting in person is something we offer close by. It is never a condition of working with us.
Brief. In person across the Klang Valley, or on a call or by WhatsApp anywhere else. You tell us what the business does and what the site, system or app should do. We reply with a written scope.
Fixed quote. One price for that scope, agreed before any work starts. Anything outside it is quoted first.
Draft on your phone. You open the draft link and mark what to change, on your own or with us at the table. We revise until you sign off.
Launch. We put it live on your domain or in the app stores, with every account in your name, and hand over every file.
Care after launch. Changes, fixes and new pages are a message away, each quoted before it starts. See website maintenance.
Wherever suits you in Kuala Lumpur or the Klang Valley: your shop, clinic or office, or a café nearby. We prefer where the work happens, because seeing the counter or the front desk shapes what we build. Send us your area and a time on WhatsApp and we arrange it.
Yes. Steven travels across the Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Subang, Shah Alam, Cheras, Puchong and Mont Kiara, as well as central Kuala Lumpur. If your area is not on that list, ask anyway.
No. Most projects run entirely over WhatsApp and a draft link you open on your phone, and they turn out the same. Meeting in person is there for the brief, a draft review or a look at how your place runs, whenever it helps.
Both, in a small form. CodaMinds is a studio where the person you meet designs and builds the website, the system behind it and the app, so nothing is lost between a designer, a developer and an account manager. For a business that needs more than pages, that is usually the simpler arrangement.
Yes. We build apps for iOS and Android with the back end behind them, and we run our own app, Ribbon, every day. A website, a booking system and an app can share one set of records, so a customer who books on the site sees the same booking in the app.
Yes, the same way. Businesses in the rest of Malaysia, Singapore and further abroad brief us on a call or by voice note, review the draft on their phone and keep the same person on WhatsApp after launch. Kuala Lumpur is where we meet in person, not where our customers have to be.
Tell us what your business does, your area and what you need built. Tap the button to message us on WhatsApp, and we arrange a time to meet or reply with a scope and a fixed quote.
