HairPlant
A knowledge page for a clinic, in 中文 and English, where each reader with a question lands on a named consultant's WhatsApp, not on a form. Each listing sending its enquiry to its own agent works the same way.

A property agent website from CodaMinds is a site for an agent or agency with listings you control, each enquiry sent to the WhatsApp of the agent who holds the listing, and viewing bookings. It runs in English, 中文 and Bahasa Melayu, loads fast on a phone, and we run it after launch.
Steven Lim started the studio in Kuala Lumpur in 2021 and has built apps and websites since 2016. We have not built a site for a property agency yet, and we would rather you read that here. What we would build draws on two products: HairPlant, a page we built for a clinic where every reader with a question lands on a named consultant's WhatsApp, and Ribbon, which runs bookings and chat every day. The person you message is the person who builds your site, in English, 中文 or Bahasa Melayu. We meet agents in person across the Klang Valley, and work with agencies in the rest of Malaysia, Singapore and further abroad over WhatsApp and a shared draft link.
Property portals bring buyers and tenants, and they are where most searches start. They also show your listing beside the listings of every other agent for the same unit, and the buyer who enquires there belongs to whoever answers first. Your own site does a different job. It is where a buyer lands after they search your name, where your listings sit without anyone else's beside them, and where an enquiry reaches you and nobody else. Five things make it work.
Each listing is its own page with its own address: the photos, the floor plan, the price, the tenure, the facilities and the area around it. You or your agents add, edit and close listings from a console on the phone, without waiting for anyone. When a unit is sold or rented, you mark it once and it leaves the site, so a buyer never calls about a unit that went last month. Buyers filter by area, price, type and sale or rent, and a listing can be shared to WhatsApp with its photo and title showing in the chat.
In an agency, the enquiry has to reach the agent who holds the listing, not a shared inbox. Each listing carries its agent, and the WhatsApp button on that page opens a chat with that agent, with the listing's name already typed in the message. The agent knows which unit the buyer means before they say hello. When an agent leaves, their listings move to another agent in the console and every button follows. The owner sees how many enquiries each listing and each agent received.
A viewing takes several messages to arrange: which day, which time, is the tenant in, can the buyer bring their family. A viewing page asks those questions once. The agent sets the hours a unit can be viewed, the buyer picks a slot and leaves their name and number, and the booking lands in the agent's calendar with a confirmation to the buyer. A reminder goes out before the viewing with a link to change the time. The agent spends their messages on the buyers who need them.
Buyers and tenants in Malaysia search in English, 中文 and Bahasa Melayu, and a search in one language finds pages written in that language first. Each language is a real set of pages with its own address, so a buyer who searches in 中文 for a condo in a particular area can land on your 中文 listing page. A listing's description is written once per language in the console, and the agent can answer in the language the buyer wrote in.
Buyers browse listings on their phone, often standing outside the building. A listing page that takes too long to load on mobile data loses them to the portal. We size every photo for the screen it is shown on, load the gallery as the buyer scrolls, and keep the WhatsApp button on screen. Search engines also weigh how fast a page loads, so the same work helps a listing get found.
Registered estate agents in Malaysia must follow their board's advertising rules, and how those rules apply to your website is for you to confirm with your board. We build the site so each page has room for the details you tell us to show, and we change the wording to match what you confirm. We do not give legal advice.
No property agency runs on our work yet. These two live products carry the pieces it needs.

Runs bookings, chat and payments every day in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. A viewing booked into an agent's calendar, with a confirmation and a reminder, is the same machinery.
Brief. You tell us how many agents you have, the areas and property types you list, the languages, and whether you want viewing bookings. We reply with questions and a written scope.
Fixed quote. One price for that scope, agreed before any work starts. Anything outside it is quoted first.
Draft on your phone. You open the draft link, add a listing as an agent would, then enquire and book a viewing as a buyer would, and tell us what to change. We revise until you sign off.
Launch. We put the site live on your domain, with hosting in your name or the agency's, and hand over every file, the console included.
Care after launch. A new agent, a new project launch page or a change to the listing form is a message away, each quoted before it starts. See website maintenance.
Yes, most agents keep both. The portals are where many searches start. Your own site is where buyers land when they search your name, where your listings sit without anyone else's beside them, and where an enquiry reaches you directly. The two work together.
Yes. Each listing carries the agent who holds it, and its WhatsApp button opens a chat with that agent with the listing's name already typed in. When an agent leaves, their listings move to another agent in the console and the buttons follow. The owner sees enquiries per listing and per agent.

Yes. Each agent signs in to the console on their phone and adds, edits or closes their own listings, with the photos sized for the site as they upload. The owner can see and change every listing. A sold or rented unit is marked once and leaves the site.

No, and we say so up front. What we would build draws on HairPlant, where every enquiry lands on a named consultant's WhatsApp, and on Ribbon, which runs bookings and chat every day. You add a listing and book a viewing on a working draft on your phone before you sign off.
